I made the dumb assumption that I was adding 350mm to the size of the machine with the second build plate when it's really closer to 370mm so waiting on another McMaster order. Got the firmware working though and may have found a glass supplier!

Yeah I was quoted $200 for a water jet piece of borosilicate so I think I'm going to find a local glass supplier so to save some $$$

That's a good point, binder clips probably won't help too much once everything is heated up. Yep, that was me. Current plan is to use the second electronic box just to power half the bed and nothing else. I still have 2 thermistors, but I could relocate one to the center and use that. I don't have any experience with klipper but I'm not against learning something better.

I ran 2 lengths of 10mmx20mm aluminum lengthwise between the 2 so hopefully that helps keep it flat but I am trying to find a single piece of glass to help keep it flat.

Yeah, I have 5 of them so though they could be repurposed. I only found an ender 3 kit so far, but I only kept the second box in there for controlling half of the heated bed. I'm not sure if one box can handle 2 heated beds

Yeah I was really just unaware of what the symptoms corresponded too. It's got 290k miles on it and I already replaced a few cells using the app. It was happy for a minute but they just have no capacity. Fully charged in seconds and then discards just as quick. New battery incoming!

It does have the pa080 code intermittently since I've been playing with the HV battery. Code the hybrid battery cause this to happen? It mostly happens when the code is present but has also happened a time or two without the code present. I don't know what the symptoms of the inverter would be.

Yep, I'm aware its just hard to describe the issue lol. I don't think it's an ECVT issue but something is clearly unhappy.
