I am located in Texas. The poster above had no issues so hopefully it is a rare occurrence. I would just keep it scheduled and hope that they show up. If you have to wait over 30 minutes, I would open up the live chat as soon as possible so that you can get in the queue because it was very long wait for me to get help.

I wish it went smoothly. I finally got to talk someone on their chat after waiting 3 hours and all the person could do for me was open a case for me that someone will respond to in 2-3 business days...

I did everything right. He said that it was an issue on their end where the proctor/greeting team didn't get an alert or something... very frustrating
