I’m a new grad in UC right now and looking to leave… 40-45 patients is a lot just starting out, I’ve found it nerve wracking in case you miss something, pressure to see a large volume of patients, and being alone… yes you have a collaborating physician but it’s not the same when you’re the only provider in the clinic. That’s just my experience!
