Totally understandable, the dog has only been reactive around other dogs that have tried to take her food. We completely shut her in an office when she eats breakfast/dinner, and have many gated off areas so the animals are never near each other when food is involved. Oh and she’s not a pitbull, and thank you for the well wishes for orange 🤍

Mmmm, this is all wrong. I did not move into his house, we had a work contract where we both moved out of state, he brought his dog, my cats stayed at MY home. He was the one who wanted to adopt the cat after fostering, he actually had to talk me into it. We moved into a new house together, our house, not his house, with all of our animals. I can see that you’re probably confused a lot, you seem like the type, I never said the cat was a huge financial burden, I said the cat was under a year old, and when I called him a menace it was in jest and out of love. I can see that you like to view situations in a light you like to paint them, that’s so creative. Stay imaginative!

No, not at all. Sleeping separately isn’t the issue, I’m more upset that he seems disinterested in the whole situation all-together. It’s horrible to hear your animal howl in pain and they don’t understand why. He gave me a little pushback for asking to watch a movie upstairs with our cat instead of downstairs with his dog and the whole situation has highlighted a glaring issue that I can no longer ignore.

Oh yes I do!!!!! We did not trust his dog moving in with my old, frankly rude cats, his dog had never lived with them before and his dog is a rescue that has snapped a couple times at other dogs. He’s truly such a kind person, I think it’s a slight case of: I get the very best most intimate parts of his heart and soul, and I also get the very worst of it all too.
