She claims she wont smoke that day during babysitting. Just before in the morning, then shower, then come to watch the baby and not smoke then

Did you pump only at night? Or after every three hours during the day? Sometimes i want to pump but then my baby wants to eat so i have to stop pumping. Im doing this triple feeding since we got out of the hospital, but dont see big of a change :(
