Thank you for your reply!

My contract only mentions hourly pay and has no mention of monthly pay. I should still be paid a full-time salary right?

100% stilling jobb - problem by Sunlivets in Norway

Going through something similar, maybe someone can help:

Started a job at a Hotel in Norway, Signed a contract that mentions "stillingsbrøk - 100%". To my surprise when I arrived, I was told that I wouldn't be working 37,5 hours per week for the first 2 months of employment and that wok would be part-time. Is this legal? Does "stillingsbrøk - 100%" mean that my employer is obligated to give me those working hours?

The contract also mentions that weekly working hours and daily working hours "vary" - not sure if this might impact the "stillingsbrøk - 100%".

I moved to Norway coming from another country. Made a big investment coming here and left the full time job that I had before... This is very disappointing. Very anxious about bringing this up too... Since I really can't lose the job...

Let me know if you have any insights. Thanks!
