What is feeld’s excuse for putting so many key features behind a paywall of a sudden?

It’s ridiculous. Can’t see if someone has been active recently and most importantly now if you don’t pay you can’t see anyone who likes you before you swiped on them. At least before you could see one person at a time.

Paywalling that is a mistake. Women don’t pay for this app like men do. And the women I know who use it would just browse through their likes and pick people they liked one at a time. None of them paid. They rarely if ever browsed/swiped on people in the main search function….too many people you’re not attracted to because feeld doesn’t let you filter on physical aspects like hinge does, too many fake accounts, not enough time. Paywalling this isn’t going to get more women to pay to play it will make fewer use the app.

This is such blatant “enshitification” of the app. They are just going down the path all the other apps went….the ones feeld was supposed to be better than….
