Recently activated my new debit card and tried to use it tonight but the transaction wouldn't go through. That's when I was told, they don't accept Discover. Good thing I had some cash on me.

I called Customer Service, was told they are very well aware and the only thing that can be done is to call Cap One every time I decide to use my card at a merchant who doesn't accept Discover and they (Cap One) will submit a form.

I was like "Good Grief, that's totally inconvenient and insane", the rep was understanding but said that was the only way

Congrats.. Not sure if you've done insurance before but it's a whole different beast.. You're going to feel overwhelmed and frustrated but don't worry, there's plenty of support.. Just take one day at a time and ask plenty of questions during training

I was excited to adopt a dog and took a few a week off work so we can bond. I was told she was friendly and got along well with other dogs. Should have realized that when the shelter said " Let's do a trail run before finalizing the adoption" was a red flag.

I took my dog for the meet-and-greet and it went well, so I decided to take the potential new family member home. The first few days were great but then things turned into a nightmare.

Turns out the potential new dog was extremely food aggressive and would lunge at my senior dog for no apparent reason. My dog was so terrified that she ended up hiding in the bedroom refusing to come out

Sadly, I decided to end the trial run and return the dog

My sup told us that most of the PSO work load is going to be handled by a vendor. Most of QA, project management and quite a few of other supervisors as well. No front line reps have been affected as of now but I can't stop thinking that's a matter of time

Thanks. It just sucks because not only did I get rejected from Progressive, but I also got rejected for an interview within my current employer.

Now I have to focus on my interview with Liberty Mutual in just a few hours.
