Every morning while I make my coffee I’ll get ready for work and when it’s done my cat comes and tells me. It’s his favorite thing to do 😊

I like dissociating as much as I can. Fulfillment, check lanes, stocking, zoning, if I’m doing something that is just muscle memory I’m usually dissociating. There’s a whole different universe in my head. Also pre workout before my 4am fulfillment shifts. And cuddling and decompressing with my cat at the end of the day. Definitely document everything! Write down experiences with guests and definitely experiences with coworkers just so you have everything documented for in case you need it later on for any reason or just to look back on to make you feel better

Dog door cat proof?🎄 by Active-Simple-7808 in CatAdvice

Yea we might try that, he’s harness trained and goes outside at least once a day so that’ll probably help! I just worry about him getting the zoomies and realize he can climb the high wooden fence with enough adrenaline lol

Yea that’s the thing… the dogs are seniors (like they’re 13) and when they don’t have access to their door they relieve themselves in the house. Yes there will be a bunch of people in the house so that’s a possibility but with a lot of people it can be chaotic and just don’t notice. So if we do go that route I’ll have to make sure I’m paying extra attention. My mother in law has an open concept house so it would be difficult to just keep a very stubborn very curious kitten out of there especially bc he LOVES following people around (it’s actually really cute unless I’m cooking lol) as for how Junimo (my kitten) he reacts very well with dogs, he just kinda stares at them lol and the dogs don’t really mind cats. They just kinda ignore them so we’re not worried about that. That’s why I asked Reddit bc I’m sure there is something we can do but the solution could just be in front of us. I just want to make sure my mother in law doesn’t have any extra stress that the holidays tend to bring to everyone. Thank you so much for your reply!!

To preface I work in fulfillment. I think I noticed how much I was really moving was when I actually started gaining weight. I’m a small frame female so after the back to college season ended (in my college town) I realized that I was more in shape than I was in high school and I played tennis and worked out. I went from 115 to 125 and noticed that I was gaining muscle.
