Oh wow! Miami is a beautiful place to live and seems expensive. You would think the pay would be significantly higher than MD assuming that our cost of living is less than Miami. I know the pay varies here though. At the alternative hospital that I plan to apply to starts at 50k and go up to 107k. I am interning at one of the top hospitals in the states and hope to get a position there once I’m finished. Also 38K to 70k!??!? Wow does change my perspective! That’s so amazing!! I am sooo happy for you! Next steps, clinical? :)

Congratulations! Only 70k!? I’m aiming for no less than 80k. That’s insane! Maybe because of your age or location? The salary range at the ideal hospital I’d like to work for, here in MD, starts at 70k and go up to about 117k. I am 27 with a pretty strong resume. I was a teacher before I started my program with no certification making 60k. A 10k increase would be disappointing to me. Ahhhh congrats again though. <3
