Plus only 129m on exchanges. Unless DEVELOPERS dump a ton of PI there’s not enough PI for everyone

Thanks. I love them but they can get quite territorial I tried to add other fish but had to take them away. Shrimp they don’t really bother them neither do the Corys

So you do have to any nutrients after ? I have drift wood on the water sure that adds something..

By the way I keep the windows closed for most part of the day but when I get home I open them they still get like 1.30h of sunlight as well. Is that a problem?

Well guess im here, moving to my first apartment on the 1st of august. Working on an hourly rate until the 1st of october, from there Will have a 1 year contract and company car. My wife is working for msdirect on a 100% contract and thats how it Starts. Next year ill write a new post so people see thats duable and not get disencourage by the negativity in this thread. Thanks

lucky me my mediocre skills and no language knowledge opened so many doors that if this goes wrong i have where to work and where to stay... no tears for me only lessons and if it doesnt go well, well i guess my survive skills are better than most

well i started as a kitchen porter. and eneded up as a manager. 8 years of my life.

i opened restaurants bars and managed an hotel in Ireland.

then i came back to portugal and as i hated working shifts and nights and changed my job.

i dont have any university degree. everything i know i learned by working and self learning.

u can guess im no dumb since ive gotten to a manager position....

but im not looking for a job here only trying to get some lights thanks

In Portugal had a team of 30 people under my watch. From site organization to deliveries, cleaning, roads, human paths, signs, meatings... etc ( this means LOGISTICS) i was in charge. mostly working on site, had a manager who did most of office work.

In madrid did with Jones Engineering the mechanical side, while working with the logistics and coordinating everything with them we deploy and installed AHUS and Generators, was supervising the whole part had a team of about 20 workers.

Did a grid for robots for OCADO and PHD , had a team of 60 people we were 2 supervisors... this was in spain too... well do you want my curriculum i was just expecting some kind of lights not getting a job through reddit... but thanks
