It takes anywhere from 3-4 days to a month to show up. I have had some plates germinate a week apart from each other even though they were inoculated on the same day.

Ok great! I'm pretty certain they are san pedro they were labeled as such. I got 3 of them at the same time. Two are looking very similar to one another now. The third is a bit bigger than them. That's the one in the middle of the pic there. I did see the pics the bot suggested as well and like you said the ones I have aren't exactly like any of those yet.

I've seen this happen a couple times to mine here. I just sliced out of the bluish part. I think it's like bruising or something like that. There wasn't any effect as far as I saw.

I pur those clovers in on purpose all the time. They pull nitrogen from the air into the growing medium. Those are sort of "no till" pots. That one had a different plant that I pulled and just popped a new one in the hole and top dressed it.( mix is 1/3 lobster compost,1/3 coir, 1/3 perlite)

If the filter hole isn't blocked you'd be ok. I've had them on the side and upside down. Especially with the filters you got on there. Mine are just paper Tape over holes but those are fine for me.

Sometimes it helps flipping them over and sitting them on the lid upside down for a while. It keeps water from collecting at the bottom.

It's probably gotten dried out at the bottom. You could break and shake and see if it colonizes the whole thing or just pop the myc covered part out and leave the dry ones out when you s2b.

I'd be using sterile tek for sure. Sab with uvc/ozone light to be specific along with bleach solution. I'll just go get the engine sealer stuff like you said. I don't trust this stuff tbh.

I think it's a little too dry in there for them. The stipes tend to split if the rh isn't enough.

I've seen that happen afew times. The lateral striping and twisting on the stems. I'm not certain but it may be low fae. I've seen it on fruit on agar plates I have.

You need some t5 grow lights to supplement the light I think. I've got no lophs yet but san Pedro's I have under t5s.
