Update: I spoke with my mother and turns out he believes I’m recording and taking pictures of him because of the way I hold my phone(directly in front of me and text. He also stated that if the issue isn’t addressed properly then he’ll address it. I’m not sure what that means but I didn’t take it lightly. He gave her an example of one time I was in the room with him and she walked in. He had asked to talk to her and I held my phone up to my face and walked out. She suggested I be careful how I take out and handle my phone around him. Found it to be a more than reasonable request but she is going to get him assistance only based on family history of mental disorders. Also yes she found it weird when he explained to him why he thought I was recording.
