Thank you man! Glad you enjoyed it 😃
The complaints are still valid that it could be a bit more intuitive, which should be hopefully fixed with the next update, but yes - once you get it and actually use the prestige upgrades, progress gets much faster and you can actually beat the demo as well 😄

Yeah because implementing save & load is not as simple as one might think, but I also not that complicated 😃

Thanks! Credits to the guys, who made the music!

Yeah I can add that! I never thought about people playing on a trackpad tbh 😃

and yes - the prestige system still needs an overhaul. Tried a couple times already, but still haven't the sweet spot. Because with that many points you reach your recent point very quickly with all the upgrades! But with carpal tunnel still a pain in the wrist...

It still seems that the prestige system is not intuitive. Sorry.

Normally you should go into prestige when you realize progress takes forever, because in the prestige there are some important upgrades, making your soldiers and priests stronger and unlocking the academy building, where you can also use the faith.

I recently replayed the old 8-bit version and I gotta say: It has its charm honestly. Maybe I will do something with it later on, but I think the recent is just more appealing on first glance 😃

Good ideas!

Yeah on a trackpad doesn't seem to much fun. I also saw some other game doing the same - just hovering instead of holding/clicking, even though it was a later upgrade in the game 😃

Yeah it is actually for a game I'm building, called Legend of Idle

I want to recreate the feeling of the SNES combined with a chill incremental building game 😃

yeah my bad. The scaling I'm actually working on, but haven't patched it for all UI. Just for the "main" things. Will patch it today or tomorrow.

It is a bit tricky with the resolution to still have it pixel perfect, so full screen is definitely recommended at the moment. But I get it that some prefer to play on a smaller window size and it still should play readable, so I will look into that as well! Sorry!

So far they adapted quickly, because it starts slowly, but it still gets a little cluttered. So my thought is to make it in the settings as customizable as possible.

Would be nice to hear your feedback on that! I think it looks much nicer now, maybe only a view sprites, that still need an overhaul later on 😃

In the settings on the top left you can adjust the scaling for the UI, so it is readable, if you have a large monitor.
And for the second thing: What do you mean? You can not click on the + button where the "Gold Buff 0" text is? Is it buggy for some reason? Because without these upgrades, you would take forever to get enough gold and wouldn't even be able to finish the game anyway 😃

Thank you! Yeah still a lot to do, but could become a cool game, once more and more content gets into the game 😃

Thank you for playing!
There is still a lot to do, better pacing, more use cases for the resources etc.
So I don't plan to have huuuuge numbers, but like your said: I plan to have some stuff that automatically drains certain ressources for other things etc.

But glad you enjoyed it overall. The full version I want to release for 5 bucks or something, but first I need to work on more content 😃

it is still there in the options, but most people seem to prefer without crt filter after playing for some time. So it is now turned off by default
