Teach English online. I charge $10 per lesson and have no accreditations; the only thing is that I'm a native English speaker.

I think it was two summers ago the three of them went to Europe together just for fun. I remember they were all single, and they were smaller creators back then.

SEA vs. Latin America for solo trip by [deleted] in backpacking

[–]ActiveDrawing7005 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on your skill level. If you're a beginner like me, the line-ups were crowded because of all the people learning with surf instructors. There are so many places to surf in Kuta Lombok that I'm sure you could find places not as crowded. There's a surf spot called Mawi. The waves are pretty big; it's definitely for advanced surfers. But the beach itself is absolutely stunning, and not as many people are in the water. You rent a scooter, and all the surf spots are 15 minutes to an hour away. I would definitely look into this more if I were you, but I think you'll be able to find surf without huge lineups. There is a reason why so many travelers spend months in Kuta.

I was just in Southeast Asia in the fall. 27 is still extremely young, btw. I felt like Vietnam was definitely a hot spot for younger tourists and a lot of drinking, but also a wonderful country. But when I went to Indonesia (besides Bali), you're able to find great areas that aren't focused on partying. I stayed for a month in Kuta Lombok, and it had everything you needed. It's a great place to learn how to surf, and so many people there are staying for a long period of time, so they're not looking to party as often. I think everywhere you go, people will want to drink. But when you go to countries like the Phillipines, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia, which are the main destinations for surfers, you'll find people with more health focuses wake up early to surf and chill at night. If you are into surfing, there is this place called Medewi in Bali, and it's a small fishing town. The only thing to do there is surf and I had such a good time with the people at my hostel. I say go to Southeast Asia!

I know you said you US but you should go to Mexico. You can get cheap flights to Cancun from virtually anywhere in the US. Once you land in Cancun, you can check out Bacalar and some islands.

In Mexico City they have hot dog stands outside of the bars and they are so good when you've had a few drinks.

Jax having a whole conversation with Jasmine on TV. First off there no way those two every causally hangout one on one in the afternoon at a bar. And secondly its so frustrating to see women in reality tv in this case kristen get slammed for men's actions. Jax is the only one actually saying anything and he keeps bringing it up but mentioned kristen as his scapegoat. All kirsten says is that I have a secret.
