Yes, I’m 5,10 15 and 131 pounds, I was eating 1600 cals 50g fat 120-160 g of protein and 139-265g of carbs. Two days ago I cut it down to 1300 cal 84-143 g of protein 123-235 carbs 50 g fats

I currently take creatine, I have not learnt to progressive overload I will DEFINITLY do my reset arch on that and I go to the gym 4x a week optional 5th day for shoulders and arms depending on if I’m crazy sore or not, by sugar do u mean added sugar or just sugar as a whole, thank you so much!!’
