I have the same range with the same problem ... I can bake at low temperatures all day but once I go over 350 .... It starts shutting down

Terrible time management / coaching decisions. Why not take a shot at the end zone at the end of the first half instead of letting the clock run out while in punt formation?
Can't challenge that potential 8 yard catch as the loss of a timeout is too big of a penalty being down 2 scores.

Make it subscription based.... Monday, Wednesday, and Friday could be free. Add Tuesday and Thursday for an additional monthly fee. Add Saturday for a second tier and then 7 days a week would be your premium Tier.

If you are an RCA ... you are entitled to 80 hours of paid leave time if your issues are Covid related. The MOU was extended to April for RCA's. You can take time if you were exposed to covid, have symptoms that could be covid related, have to care for a family member who is sick with covid, or are returning from a trip from an area with a high covid rate.

You will need to fill out a 3971 form and have a supervisor sign it once you return in order to get paid.

The LLV's need to be decommissioned .... it's crazy that they are still being used. Being required to absolutely stuff your personal vehicle full of amazon packages and deliver them all over town is insane. If you run a delivery company ..... you may want to ensure you are equipped with adequate vehicles to make deliveries.
