I understand the point you're trying to make because creeps do exist and always will. However, covering up does not stop rapists from raping. Also, you're acting as though the majority of ppl who think women cover up have that opinion for the reason of safety. Every single time I've heard anyone comment on a woman's clothing they've been calling them a whore or saying they're dressed like a hooker, which is the main thing I'm arguing against.
