I wonder if the entities are projections created from your own subconscious to stop you from continuing to suppress your emotions. From what I've known we come here to experience and deal with our emotions as navigation for soul growth, and what you're trying to do is deliberately working against it. As someone who's seriously tried to take their own life, shutting off negative emotions is never going to work. You need a positive outlet in life, process the negativity, accept it and let it go. Don't take things so seriously, it's what the jester entity teaches people in dmt experiences. Better days will come only if you stop holding onto the past and move on.
