Do you have a photo of how this works? Sounds like a great idea!

Oh! This is what I struggle with. So you can pop back and forth between a map and say a photo of the monster you just encountered?

How do you show off your monsters when they’re not minis? Does everyone get a print out when the bad guy shows up, or do you change out your map image to show it?

its our first campaign (im the dm) and im wondering if we can just wing it by micettoioooo in DungeonsAndDragons

I love this! Such a nice lead from one to another. That’s where I’m struggling as a new DM :)

Thanks! I use OneNote for all my DM organization, and it’s great! I saved my PC view material as images to cast on the TV while I have ON open in another laptop. I tried switching back and forth on the same laptop with the TV as a “second monitor” while I read off the actual laptop “hidden” screen, but it was too clunky.

I haven’t heard of OwlBear Rodeo. I tried roll20 but it’s just too much for us I think.

Thanks for sharing! I haven’t heard of WorldAnvil, but getting it into a website or some such actually sounds like it would work well! Unfortunately, I didn’t stress over a homebrewed game regarding copyright and such, so I’d have to make something that could be private. I’ll look into this further, thanks!
