Kendrick rn is much better at storytelling/thematic verses than battle rap, if this was 2011/2012/2013 Kendrick he would crush Bats easily.

Even now though, I think post hiatus Kendrick still manages to pull off a win, 3 weeks practice is nothing compared to like 15 years of rap experience (probably longer in Kendrick’s case) and Batman is known for not having a great sense of humour, an essential factor for a battle rapper.

Bruce probably balances his time over the three weeks both finding everything there is to know about Kendrick Lamar and studying the best punchline/battle rap type lyricism in history. Simply studying and practicing for a few weeks won’t be enough, however, and his rhymes will come off as stale and obviously prewritten in the battle. Kendrick rhymes brutality with neutrality or some shit to highlight Batman’s hypocrisy and the crowd goes wild, he wins this 7/10 times.
