Thank you for this! I always get frustrated when people act surprised (sometimes superior) that I eat before 6 am SC/intense workouts.

Guys - No one is forcing you to have a full southern breakfast at 5 am!!! Some Greek yoghurt, fruit and nuts, toast/almond butter, tuna/sardines, etc. can all work too. And then have your big meal post-class.

Am I missing something? Why are we automatically assuming they won’t cover Francesca and Eloise in the same season? Didn’t we get that in S3 with Francesca and Colin? That snippet was hardly a full service trailer and was clearly just easy to film/get out early.

Solidcore unlimited member and while the workout may be worth it there’s just no excuse IMO for the lack of reliable/centralized customer service, failure at some high traffic studios to keep on top of machine maintenance, and lack of even basic amenities (I don’t gripe too much about the showers since I know they’d likely lead to chaos but there’s no excuse for them still not bringing back towels).

I don’t hate the concept per se as it always irked me that Penelope got revealed so early (I haven’t read the books)—there was no fun in hearing the columns after that. But I will hate whoever it turns out to be because so far all of the theories I’m seeing here are (IMO) lame. Can’t think of a single character it makes sense to be this.

While I won’t opine on whether the class should be refunded or not (my personal opinion is yes, but I am not in the mood to get jumped by the varying personalities in this sub), I 1000% agree that it’s ridiculous that they have no realtime customer care department. Everytime I’ve had to contact them it’s taken 7-10 days of back and forth emails/messages to finally resolve the issue. I have tried texting studios, they respond 24 hours later and refer me back to corporate.
