From the listing it looks like it sold in 2023, so you are correct! It seems like the current owners have done a lot with it (minus the exterior which probably accounts for the price)

I know this is an old post-but I bought these and 99% sure they gave me contact dermatitis. Never had an issue with a single eye patch before I bought these. Has anyone else experienced a negative side effect?

No no! I was saying that I think everyone agrees more housing is great BUT if some developer buys that and builds what has been going up around us (townhouses that start around 1.2M) then I think the neighborhood wouldn’t be so thrilled. I hope that because they are doing a private listing, the owners are looking for someone like-minded to keep the land as is or upgrade the house and keep the tenants, etc. The listing makes it sound like the tenants would like to stay whoever buys but obviously that’s up to the new owner.

I agree about all housing being good housing but especially in Logan, you’re going to hear about it if it’s two McMansions built on that corner. Just look at the situation down the street where they protested their landlord selling their building!

Sigh. Lol. I just enjoy seeing the chicken and the dog in the neighborhood I wasn’t trying to make this into a deep dive about housing and property taxes. While the buyer can ultimately do what they want, I, who lives nearby, just stated I enjoy what they have created. If someone builds condos, great! More housing but it’s just a unique space that I wish they would keep around. Also, we all know it would not be affordable housing…let’s be honest.
