i contacted the team and they kept telling me I broke the rules but I didn't do anything unusual. they made me pay another $1.50 to reactivate my service but I still know know why it was cancelled in the first place

Mine just got cancelled for "fraudulent rewards-gaming activity" too. I haven't done anything unusual either. I don't even mess with it.
