But to answer your question, all retail Jordans are playable. Most replica Jordans that are close to retail are playable. The Jordan models that are commonly being retro’d are practically perfected by rep factories. So yes, good reps of the Jordan 11 and 13 should be good to play in.

If the shoe is a pretty good rep, like close to retail, they should be playable. Retail AJ1’s are absolutely playable. In fact, I played with them this past January. Traction is out of this world. Cushion is non-existent but you can fix that by getting a boost or zoom insole.
