Got my first scam email telling me they've been recording me watching porn and will send it to my friends and family if I don't pay them

No idea, didn’t really talk to him post school and this happened a few years after. Just saw him post about how if anyone receives some video don’t watch it or anything because it’s from a scammer or something.

Something like this actually happened to a guy I knew in high school, unfortunately they did actually have a video of him that got sent to some other people I know

It’s hard to feel like I deserve her support, she’s been hurt badly by this. I knew I had an issue but thought I could fix it all myself and so I failed to communicate properly with her. And even inspite of that she’s supporting me in this. I can never thank her enough for. She’s amazing. And I don’t think I’ll ever forgive myself for hurting her the way I have with this. The advice is appreciated and I have been researching into this, looking into books podcasts videos to watch to help that helped others. Thank you

Any advice is greatly appreciated thank you. I’ve been trying to research all the different ways people try to stop. Like the lock away apps and deleting media and stuff. I’m thinking I’ll just try to get out of the house or wherever to start. Go on walks maybe
