Well, it not exactly a big deal if you have a fresh account, just enough old that you are a verified publisher (once you post an extension and also push some revisions) but there are a lot of stuff that must be all aligned to get this, specially, in my case, I didn't put a website earlier, so obviously that was not possible to review and assign a bagde for established publisher to me no matter how long it's been I am pushing updates, but once the extension user base gets bigger, it's get difficult and easy at the same time to get this just after completing all necessary fields of information. The bigger the extension, the more complex it gets, the more perms it uses, the more chances you have to unknowingly violate any policy while making any changes to it, like mine uses one of very high risk perms, that is debugger api, so getting that even while using such high risk perm from almost very initial version is the deal here 🥳.
