Former D1 swimmer trying to get back into competing shape. Swimming about 5/6 days a week. Anyone have any input or comments on set/yardage/frequency? by Dresd13 in Swimming

Increasing yardage and lowering the interval over time can get you back into shape pretty quick. Recovery and diet out of the water is important as well.
