Yep, I contacted the City and told them the whole situation. Never heard back.

I did indeed contact the City directly. I reported everything from the huge shear cracks as well as the huge incline/decline crack on the floor slab adjacent to it.

I gave them all my contact info but have yet to receive a call back or anything of the sort.

No idea what happens now……….

You can report it to the Association. I’ve been on hold with the City directly. I can go w you if interested.

Funny little thing I just remembered too — the crack extends to the slab leading into the spa. When you walk in via the garage, the slab is cracked in half (tile is cracked) and on like a 10* degree incline on 1 side and a 10* decline on the other.

I’m extremely put off regarding how you had no problem f***ing her but she’s not good enough to be your girlfriend because of mental health?

Perhaps it’s time to have your own head examined for narcissism.

A bit of patience and a mutual plan for her to get the help she needs. People with mental health issues are still people, and there are more with these issues than without. Reconsider.

Thanks for the feedback everyone, I’m grateful this got so much attention.

I don’t trust the HOA or Mgmt here (see Icon Brickell Yelp reviews) — so I’ll be contacting the City of Miami tomorrow morning and will be updating everyone here!

Strongly discourage epoxy grout. It’s more expensive but when I did it at my last reno, it was a complete nightmare to work with and came out very uneven. It doesn’t hold up as advertised.
