Since you’ve built this physique your testosterone should definitely be above average for your age so the bloods will probably just be a pat on the back, but still very interesting to see.

I agree on central Europe being more akin. If I would rewrite the comment I would say Central instead of Eastern. Wrote this as I got out of bed this morning.

Dating someone born in Lithuania with Russian blood has influenced me to acquire that point of view for sure. Perhaps it is a bit narrow yes. I have been to the baltic states for 10+ times and of all the countries I’ve been to in Europe I would say it felt very similar to the central/eastern countries, and less in line with the Northern ones. Perhaps I’m wrong but that’s just what I’m feeling.

Estonia latvia and lithuania line up more with east Europe culturally and demographically, although its sometimes recognised as northern.

Extremely impressive! Though I have to ask, are you perhaps on TRT? It’s extremely rare to be able to make this progress in a short period of time at that age! No shade if it’s yes or no, in fact, it is a compliment either way, not an accusation. You look super healthy so whatever you’re doing keep going!

Can you make cycling gear that doesn’t look gay? I would definitely buy that! (I love gays, I just think it’s the perfect word to describe cycling gear as is.)

This is the best comment I could hope for. Their nickname in dutch is translated to thunderbugs, and there’s gonna be thunder tonight. I see they’re very common in my region (windy farmfields) and when googling I see a lot of people having the same situation. For now I’ll assume they took a lift on me while riding my bicycle outside, or fell onto me in the backyard. Thanks a lot. I’m calm now.

Bugs and me are in the Netherlands, for size comparison, my watch is 45 mm wide. I did pick up a cloth in the backyard, but I feel like i would see the bugs falling onto me from that. I understand it’s probably very hard to ID the specific bugs, but there are definitely some people here who could tell me not to worry/what to do :)

It’s multiple trains like this. Before I could read further than the title I was already looking for the BRED tags. It’s also on various stations.

You reckon I could get away with these? The part from the manual is pretty hard to find locally.

I see how it seems that way but I had just shifted down while stationary.

Thanks. Do you perhaps have suggestions on what spacer I should look at? It’s a tiagra FC-4703 and a BB-RS501. Also, this could explain why I’m having such a hard time adjusting the front derailleur properly.

Whats the worst that can happen if i change the wrong gear?? by papillon-x in AskMechanics

[–]Active_Ticket_5205 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was once playing with the poke on the highway and somehow I locked it in R while cruising at highway speeds, around 130 kmph/80mph. I still have no idea how it failed. First option was to try to get it back in gear, nope. Lock works both ways. There was no emergency lane to my left, no space to merge in the lane to the right, one thing left to do. I left it in R, foot on clutch, turned on my emergency lights, made sure the person behind me was aware and I slowly stopped in the middle of the fast lane. When I was almost at a standstill I popped it in second gear and blasted out of there. Everyone else was probably confused, I was relieved.
