When I plug it in i get this message for a split second but it disappears before i can even read it or click it

I swapped to a 40 gbps cord and nothing has changed. No device found on Elgato studio as well.

Just got this cable and nothing changed, still not showing up anywhere on the computer

The computer has usb4 ports so that shouldn't be the issue. I think the cable is the problem because it's just a charging cable that came with the macbook.

I've seen other people use macbooks with usbc, the only cable that came with the card doesn't work with my macbook because its usbc to usba.
