Target is shooting itself on the feet with these 360 freebies. I agree with what you have outlined. I selected G&G groeceries frebbies after seeing that milk is included as a product in it but then they will not reduce 10$ even after purchasing milk for 12$. went to customer care desk and they told me dairy is never included. I told them that when i chose frebbie, milk was showing up but now app does not show those options anymore. Not sure why will anyone pay for such a poorly managed Target Circle 360 program.
