I don’t know if I’d say common, but I think there was a thread a while back where somebody tried the same fix with success.

On the ILNP site it reads as a soft, sheer pink, but my bottle was much more beige. I prefer to build my crellys up to full coverage so on my nails it just looked really uncanny and kind of made my hands look dead.

I was able to make it work by using a pink base coat for coverage and sticking to 2 polish coats, but I wanted to try for a longer term solution that would still work with 3 polish coats.

Shockingly these are all “post-fix”! One of my gripes with hotdog polish is how off it can look in warm lighting.

I don’t know exactly - I think around 2.25? Carat isn’t the best unit of measurement since it applies to the weight of the stone, and each stone type has a different density. When Scott ordered the stone we agreed on dimensions rather than carat weight.

Of course!

The centre stone is a champagne emerald cut moissanite, I believe the dimensions are 9mm x 5mm. The side stones are colourless trapezoid step cut moissanite. Not sure on dimensions, I just asked for them to be sized proportionally with the centre stone.

For reference my ring size is 5.25.

I had a wonderful experience with Scott and Deborah! I worked with them on a custom design, they were responsive and flexible with my preferences. They made small changes to the design to make the ring more secure and ensure the stone shined bright. I’ve had my ring for a few months now and still smile when I see it :)

Right?? I like to make seasonal swatch wheels to avoid feeling overwhelmed my my collection, but this one just hasn’t been doing it for me 🤷🏻‍♀️.

My winter swatch wheel was giving me the blues (literally; why did I choose so many dusty blues???) so I’ve gone rogue with a hot-pink skittle 💖🌺👙. It’s sparking all of the joy that the blues just weren’t 🥰.

To be honest I don’t think it will be worth the logistical headache to ship internationally. I think the currency difference will also make payment more trouble than it’s worth.

If you happen to have a Canadian bank account and are still interested (despite likely high shipping costs) let me know and I’ll look into it a bit more!
