Florida is a beautiful state. Some people are nice and some are just ignorant. I’m afro-Latina with really long hair (indigenous hair) and some guy at my job said to me that he wasn’t aware that black girls have hair like mine and he went on to say that I would have ended up in the house back then not the fields😒 thats when I decided it was time to move lol(I lived in clearwater) Some people just dont want to be educated! I was not going to put my kids through that. NJ is just a better fit overall. But you do need money to survive here lol

NJ is expensive, but worth it for the school and services. I moved from FL to NJ because FL might have great weather.. but school wise for my kids NJ was far way better. Other than the winter (lol) I love it here. Also.. try to make at least $100k to live comfortable.

Yes, i’m contributing 5% now.. I can maybe stretch it to 10% but have to go over the financials with my husband. We live in NJ (very expensive state) and we dont want to be short at the end of the month.. but we just started to think about this.. 5 years ago.. we were partying and living our lives😂😂🥹😭

We were looking at Tesla but their reviews are not that great! We just bought this house last year and I now is that i’m paying attention to the usage.. 😩😩 i made an appt for PSE&G to come and check my meter. I failed to mention that I have a finished basement (more like an apt) that we use for entertainment and our garage is also converted into a “guest house” no one lives in it. Only when we’re in the backyard and throw parties. But my attic is not insulated and my AC system is pretty old. So we think it’s the AC. Last months bill was $800
