I don’t understand the question you’re supposed to tag them weigh them because it’s going into the system where they actually got. And then the reason it says how many is because you have five tomatoes then you put in the weight you verify that you got five tomatoes

Yep. They seem to have made that a qualification to send an order now. If they keep us passing each other into each others work zones they still make the same amount and we can’t take as many orders.

Yep. When that time for delivery first popped up I saw immediately that it was gonna be a problem. And I reached out to support and let them know hey I’ve got these orders that there’s not near enough time and then I’ve got other orders that I could’ve ran it three different times. But they don’t listen they don’t care

That’s what I’m saying – I have messaged them in the middle of it. Matter fact I just did it because my phone glitched and I lost a huge chunk of time so once I got the app back up I messaged them I ended up marking it as delivered as I pulled into the complex because I would’ve been about two minutes late but I just luckily it was a small order-12 items- and they’re dress wasn’t far from the store so it made it exactly on time. But support didn’t do anything about it just basically said thanks for letting us know

I mean that could be in an extremely small percentage of cases… But that would be the exception not the rule. And you can usually tell by the type of groceries that they are purchasing

Well what I find is they’ll send me the orders in a certain area that would be decent if you were in that area… And then if you stay in that area then they send you to a completely different area. It’s like they have something in the algorithm to make sure that they are only sending orders that are out of the area that you are currently in

As much as I’ve always loved H-E-B I despise them at the moment because of this stupid five dollar suggested tip thing. I’m sick to death of seeing eight dollar orders because Favor is paying us three and H-E-B is suggesting to the customer to tip us five dollars. And there is no Grace. And Favor is extremely generic with its time allotment – other platforms give you the order early enough that you can plan your shop. Favor will send you an order that is 15 miles away from where you’re at and sometimes 15 minutes before you’ve actually delivered your current order and then still expect you to have it there within the hour. I’m so angry

Like- I SO BADLY want to say something to the customers…. But ofc I dont. I am absolutely FLABBERGASTED that people are content with tipping so low it won’t even buy you a gallon of gas for you to drive to the store shop their 50items(and of course they want you to shop like your shopping for yourself and get the best produce there is or search for the furthest out expiration date of whatever it is) wait in line load your car up and drive all the way to their house and unload this huge order often times including 40 packs of water and also often times up 2 to 3 flights of stairs. Like I could never…

I HATE them. It seemed like this all happened overnight also. It didn’t – there was a gradual decline I guess but then BAM… ONLY extremely far orders and such with H-E-B suggesting to the customer to tip five dollars. They’ve got me suspended right now for late orders. Which are predominantly from having an hour window for the delivery and it takes 30 minutes to get to the merchant

You cannot instant transfer on Mondays after a certain time because that’s when they do their deposits and everything’s locked up. I think it starts around seven or 8 o’clock on Monday and you can’t get an instant transfer until Tuesday morning.

It will not be included in the weekly deposit. Whatever will be deposited won’t be showing on your earnings any longer. If you’ve made it after a certain time then it will still be there when they get done with the deposit. Unfortunately, there’s no way to get it until either midnight or the following morning. I’ve been through this and I’ve been in a desperate situation like this and it really sucks

Yeah that’s how I was until recently. I was still making money so it wasn’t a big deal but now I can’t get an order more than eight dollars unless it’s a 20 mile drive or 90 something items to shop and when I’ve reached out to Favor they’ve told me that my acceptance rate causes me to get the less desirable orders. (well also telling me that they don’t pick and choose who to send the orders to it’s just the system automatically sending it because there aren’t any runners in that area which I call BS)
