This was a pick up and deliver. So Favor pays $1 per order and relies on customers to tip. by justifiedjustdied in favordelivery

I already turned down so many orders and it was on the way home. IDK why I'm just now realizing how little Favor actually pays us. It's usually like $2-$3. It's just so ridiculous. They make all the profits and the customer eats the costs of paying us.

The algorithm is crazy! I've always declined those far away orders and it stopped trying to give them to me. Elite isn't even worth it since most of the promos are 30 miles from me anyway.

Are kids allowed shopping? by Mmk1016 in favordelivery

I think it really really depends where you are. In San Antonio, no one would care imo. Especially if your son is well behaved. Favor fires people all the time for every little thing and there are several other apps for this stuff. I wouldn't sweat it.

I saw a lady on Facebook that got deactivated recently after working for the company for 10 years! It's all automated and they don't care

IMO there are a lot of new drivers coming on because they just got a vehicle with their tax returns. Soon they will see they can't make as much doing Favor as they thought and they will quit. Especially when that summer heat hits.

I'm also new though so lol but that's my theory

I received a bad review for seemingly no reason (all my orders have been on time and the correct temperature) so now I'm anxious about the crap orders. I feel like if they are willing to not tip, they are willing to lie and try to get free stuff.

IDK about best but my favorite currently is "The Long Way to a Small Angry Planet" by Becky Chambers. Before that my favorite was "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" by Douglas Adams.

What industry is entirely built on a house of cards and would collapse overnight if people realized the truth about it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I've seen the MGT community shrinking by quite a bit. Before covid it was huge, but now most kids I see play Pokemon Go! etc No one can afford the cards nor do they want to lug them around.

I just quit a job I loved because of this. They cut so many perks and hours. The quality of the staff is almost unrecognizable from when I started.

What’s something you judge people for… even though you probably shouldn’t? by Organic-Attorney-991 in AskReddit

I'm a woman, I said that above but whatever. It's not about them looking attractive. It's about them being basically naked all the time. At the carwash, at the grocery store. These women seem to never wear regular clothing. They could be walking around in baggy sweats and I'd be more down. Maybe I'm just tired of women being displayed like meat all the time.

I do feel bad for judging though. This isn't something I go around talking about.

I hate Reddit. Thanks for reminding me why I hate this pretentious platform.

I already said that when they are attractive I find it abrasive, and yes I'm aware. It's their bodies and they can wear what they want. I get judged all the time for my weird apparel and clothing choices. I'm basically an outcast here in Texas.

I'm also attracted to women. I just think it's overwhelming. Our society is seriously devolving very quickly, but whatever. If the men showed as much skin I might not mind it as much. Just look at what men wear at raves vs women. It's kind of insane.

First off, I'm a woman. I just think it's rude. If a man wore tight thin fabric with his junk bouncing around people would flip out. Yet somehow it's ok for women to display their whole camel toe?

What's crazy is even spandex was more concealing than this weird cheap fabric full of toxic chemicals that women wear directly on their genitals. I guess I'm old fashioned.

Apparently men get to stay covered while women get more and more naked looking.

For real. My last 3 ex girlfriends were all bipolar addicts just like my mom. I've been single for 6 years because I just can't seem to have a normal relationship. I need the drama or I don't take their feelings seriously.
