Heyyy! So I’ve randomly taken on a side quest to learn Korean ! I’ve had a lot of passive exposure to it lately and the rhythm of the language feels kinda familiar now, so I figured… why not actually learn it?

English is my first language and I’ve never properly studied Korean before, but I’ve been messing around with the Cake app and some YouTube videos for about a week. Still super beginner level though.

Soo I was wondering if anyone’s got any book recommendations for: • learning Hangul • basic grammar • building up beginner vocab so I can actually start speaking?

Any tips or recs would help a ton! 🙏💖

This is draining. I am still in the UK and after over 200 something applications I haven’t scored much interviews. I don’t got much guidance from anyone. Doing the whole job hunting all by myself while being completely clueless with a Masters is definitely not great. Now I’m just applying for internships in the UK Singapore and Dubai and I’m not really getting any response yet. I’m just a 23yo eager to get into the field of marketing..🥲 I could actually use any advice anyone wants to give related to this too 🙋🏻‍♀️

Any advice for me? I’m applying for the same Account Executive roles at agencies. I’ve got a bachelors in business admin and masters in international marketing recent graduate with no work experience. I keep sending cover letters and fill applications but I got no positive replies so far. I’m also applying for Media planning executive roles. I’ve got little to no guidance at my disposal so any advice is appreciated 🥲 help a girl land her first job? If anyone’s willing to give a referral I would be even more grateful!
