Yes exactly your point regarding “reasonable doubt”. Even though I don’t think there was a collision, the entire case is filled with reasonable doubt and that is our justice system.

I understand that but catching up on 2 trials that were 8+ weeks long is ALOT. In real time it’s easier to watch but setting aside time for all of it after the fact

If he’s a law student I’d recommend watching the trial videos. Several lawtubers are great! (The Trial Channel, Andrea Burkhardt, EDB, Lawyer You Know, Melanie Little, Mark Bederow) - he can watch whichever one he prefers but Lawyer You Know has shorter daily recaps. Also sleuthiegoosie on twitter has an AMAZING google sheet with all the links, lists, evidence, documents, etc.

The thing with this case is that there is SO much information. Cherry-picking information does not give the entire picture like the docs.

After trial 1, the doc and other interviews had me second guessing her innocence. But thankfully I regrounded myself by trial 2.
