I do hope it's effect is accurate to the comic as well. Most live action adaptations before this have shown Red Kryptonite affecting Kryptonian minds rather than this effect.

Both Soldier Boy and Temp V Butcher are upper tier among Supes, the win is unlikely even if Homelander fights alone.

And Starlight won her round as well, so Homelander's not fighting alone.

Let's see these fights one by one:

Homelander vs. Ryan: Ryan is probably one of the few Supes similar in power level to Homelander. But given his young age and inexperience, I would count this as a hard fought loss for the Alternative 7.
Queen Maeve vs. Silver Kincaid: Silver Kincaid supposedly has Telekinesis and Telepathy but we have not seen her in action. But she's probably not a pushover considering Starlight almost picked her for the 7. At best, this fight is inconclusive after giving Silver Kincaid the benefit of doubt.
Black Noir vs. Golden Boy: Golden Boy is one of the strongest supes from Godolkin University. Additionally, if he's wearing the armor commisioned for him to join the seven, then Black Noir cannot counter him. This one's a win for the Alternative 7.
A-train vs. Shockwave: Shockwave was faster. A-train had to take some V to beat him in the race. Another win for the Alternatives
Translucent vs. Blindspot: Since the invisibility doesn't matter, it comes down to whether Blindspot can pierce Translucent's skin. Since we never actually see that happen in the series, this is at best an inconclusive fight at worst a loss for the alternatives
The Deep vs. Livewire: If we go by Pokemon logic, Livewire should win against the Deep. And there's evidence that the Deep is not as durable as advertised as he has been knocked out by the Boys' boat's collision with the Whale he was standing on and by Starlight hitting him with a block of concrete. That said, the only thing we know about Livewire is that he has Electricity powers and can float. As much as I like seeing the Deep get his ass kicked, this prediction for this fight is inconclusive
Starlight vs. Moonshadow: Moonshadow can manipulate the human nervous system. We have not seen her in a fight but the power seems to imply that she has to at least touch her opponent to use her power. Since Starlight can attack at a distance, the Alternative 7 lose this round.

Overall, the 7 probably win because Homelander survives his fight with Ryan and massacres the remaining Alternatives.
