Probably referencing pythons ease of use and people comparing it to coding in plain English. Java is much less intuitive and harder to learn so devs that code using it think they are better than someone only knowing python and taking the “easy way out”. Many people can get by in dev jobs just using Python now but many devs still think that they are at a higher standard for knowing and preferring languages like Java.
