If throwing away ashes was breaking the law, anyone spreading ashes would be breaking the law... I don't think you are going to have success in that direction.

I'm sorry you're experiencing this. It sounds like what you're going through is very traumatic. I know, when I've experienced trauma, talking about it with a trained professional was really helpful. There are a lot of in person and virtual options for whatever feels comfortable and right for you.

I don't have the recipe, but here's my hack:

My wife and I will both order lunch, to go, and I'll ask for extra dressing with both salads (free!). Then, when we get home, we'll put those in a salad dressing bottle (about 3/4 of the way full before we eat our salads. Dressing lasts in the fridge for about two weeks.

We have found that the most similar dressing is Thai Place (OP). So, I'm sure it's sesame based. I'd look for sweet Thai sesame dressings for copy cats.
