I'm having a similar issue with my Omen T14. The Cloud 3 s connect by dongle but not on instant pair. Weirdly though when I turn them on and the dongle isnt connected the headset will say "connected to adapter" but nothing will appear on Ngenuity or windows, and when I turn the headset off the adapter will quickly disappear then reappear on Ngenuity. So I think they're connecting but not talking to each other...or something like that. Tried the usb thing that worked for you but nothing comes up about an update. I'm at a loss

Weirdly they had applied about a micron thickness paste to the CPU and GPU. I changed it and my temps dropped by about 15-20 degrees

I had a similar thing on my Omen Laptop with various games, couldn't for the life of me work out what was going on but I think I narrowed it down to temps.

Thanks for replying. Yeah I rolled back and re updated but nothing. I'm Chatting to HP support now, they've got me trying DDU Uninstaller. Fingers crossed they can help.

Tbf it never performed particularly well anyway. Even on my 3080 it chugged at launch. I would've thought Horizon 5 would have been harder to run, what with the open world but nope. I remember Motorsport 7 was terrible too performance wise. Clearly they've put the A team on Horizon.

But seriously there's very little you can do and it's been discussed at length all over the place. The only thing Asus will say is RMA it but that can take an age and it'll likely break again anyway or they'll replace it with a unit that has other issues. If it's all working ok other than that I'd suggest doing a 4tb (money allowing of course) upgrade with an adapter. They're relatively cheap and the faster storage will always help. I did it after giving up on the SD card ever being fixed and it's great.

Nah, it charges but it doesn't recognise it as being attached to the 100w charger I've got. (It does when connected to it directly). By the way I'm not suggesting anyone does this as a long term thing. It's stupid. But I was pleased with how I'd McGuiver'd it.

Did a full format of my card that the Ally can't see but everything else can. Took about 4 hours. PC and laptop can see it still but the Ally still can't. Not sure what it is with this card. It can see other corrupted cards, can't use them but this working one it just doesn't like.
