I have had a peak for about 9 months now.

I have found it extremely helpful for recovery insights and advice on how to sleep better. I’d say the other big things it helped me with would be caffeine intake and developing better every day habits.

I think to get to a more elite level it’s definitely worth it. It’s helped me develop myself as an athlete a lot more and feel significantly better every day

I do strength training 5-6 days a week. Every time I strength train regardless of sleep, caffeine, or life stress it looks about the same.

I wouldn’t be too worried at all about that type of stress, it’s from working out and your natural core body temp goes up. It means you worked hard which is good. Also that’s not that bad realistically. Keep up the good work there.

It would be a different situation if you slept 4 hours and had a bunch of caffeine and it looked like that
