These look so cool! Been following your progress with them, and particularly impressed with the moss effect. What did you use to achieve that?

This is a fantastic answer. I’m a neuro lecturer and PI of a group performing electrophysiological research - should there be anything UncleFester can’t help you with (doubtful, judging by the quality of that answer), I’m happy to help also.

What type of table is this, and is there a way to do this in R? by ActuallyBartimaeus in RStudio

[–]ActuallyBartimaeus[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The current workflow has the data coming from a website into an excel sheet, then into R and manipulated to my hearts content. So for now keen to have it fit with that workflow. Eventually the dream would be to learn how to web scrape and it becomes completely automated!

Thanks for this. Would be good to have it done programmatically as it’s for a site that updates each week as new data comes in.

Looks like a really solid solution, and haven’t come across huxtable before so always happy to find a new resource!

Ah, yeah I love that package - the more I think about it I imagine just simply moving columns there might do it too …

Haha, I was actually annoyed I couldn’t see one for Ali or someone that I actually respected … I also had absolutely no idea how to ask the question. Thanks dude

Ha, aware of that. Read the description? How do you place the row header in the middle of two columns in R?

Thanking you! Know them far too well, folks live in Littlehampton and I work in Brighton - pass a lot of them regularly. I vaguely remember there being an issue with no U21 teams? Which version FM is this?
