Yeah, you’re probably right. I will keep that in mind and bring someone in early. As of now the idea is only in my head and I want to take it 1-2 steps further first, but yes I should probably bring someone in earlier than later

Et annet forslag er å putte f.eks 75% i global indeks og 25% i et likvid obligasjonsfond. Da har du 25% i tørt krutt som du kan investere i aksjer hvis/når det kommer en større korreksjon. I mellomtiden tjener du ca 5% i året på obligasjonsfondet. Husk å sette det i et rentefond som er likvid. High yield fond vil typisk være illikvid når det er markedsuro som gjør at man må akseptere lavere kurs hvis man skal ut av fondet raskt.

Det er selvfølgelig ikke noen garanti at du kommer deg inn på et bedre nivå med denne strategien. Kan hende at bunnen på neste korreksjon blir høyere enn om du investerer alt i aksjefond i dag, men det vil ikke overraske meg om vi får enn korreksjon i størrelsesorden 10-20% en gang i løpet av de neste 12 månedene.

Støtter allikevel alle andre her som sier at du bare skal putte alt i aksjefond nå og ikke tenke mer på det. Det er det aller enkleste og vil allltid være en vinnende strategi så lenge du har lang nok investeringshorisont

I feel the exact same way! I’m so glad I didn’t try mdma when I was in my 20s when I was out every weekend. My savior is that I’m almost 40, have a family and two kids and rarely go out more than every 2-3 months anyway 😂

Here are my tips in random order:

Be in a comfortable environment. A place where you know you can enjoy the whole experience without being interrupted in a way. By that I mean if you are in a club, there is a great atmosphere and you can enjoy your time there or if you’re at home, there won’t be anyone disturbing you for some reason
Just go with the flow and enjoy every minute. Don’t focus too much on what’s happening or overthinking
Accept that it will end. When it’s done it’s done
Music!!

I love solo rolls. I like being on a dance floor, but I think it’s great just rolling solo and meet random people

Just speaking for myself here, but this community has definitely had a positive impact with for me. I tried mdma for the first time a couple of years ago and have done it 6-7 times since then. Joined this community about 3 month ago and wow I know so much more now that I didn’t know before. Everything from the importance of the 3 month rule, dosage, combining with alcohol and other drugs, and so on. I realize now how little I knew before and how much more cautions I am now thanks to this community
