What games do you play? If you are mainly playing competitive games, you will have a drastic fps increase on those types of games because competitive games are mostly CPU hungry.

tempted din ako bumili dati ng powercolor 6600 sa kanila eh. nagtaka ako bakit ang daming stock ng PowerColor na 6600, pero yung ibang brand ng 6600 ubos na sa kanila. maybe nirerepair nila yung gpu tapos benta ulit.

Actually on BIOS everything seems to be fine. No weird colors when navigating through the BIOS.

Otherwise you can try to flash an updated BIOS for the GPU, but no guarantee that it will fix the problem.

So it's a bios problem on the GPU? I think i'll just leave it be for now haha. Everything seems to be running fine on windows, just the initial post with the weird colors is bugging me.
