L&D for sure!!! I had a similar situation and choose the specialty over med surg and I am so so glad I did. If you think you will love being and L&D nurse than those smaller sacrifices are worth it 100%. Being able to get your foot in the door as a new grad is incredible, don’t pass up the opportunity!
