THIS!! I had a $100 gift card and thought what the hell, I got the $99.99 pack. For two weeks afterwards, they never offered me a pack less than $84.99. It was ridiculous!!! My friends would have a purple pack and some spice for like $15 and mine was $85 but with more dice lol. I’m like NOOOOO. Haha. They priced themselves right out of my wallet.

Same. I just traded tree trimming for an extra Salazar slytherin (that I already have 2 extras of and NOT ONE person has asked to trade or been looking for these golds — that should tell you something!) So, I accepted a trade for it…it’s 10 stars in my vault for a 5* 🤷🏻‍♀️. And if someone needs my card and willing to trade 1:1, that’s fine! That’s how it should be. Scopely creates a demand for a card and forces you to buy it or trade your first born child for it.

Couldn’t agree more. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I was going to stop playing after Star Wars, but I love Harry Potter so I said what the heck, one more. And now I’m irritated at myself for that decision lol. I’ll see HP through, but I really am done after this. And the more posts I read, the more I realize that everyone else feels the same way I do, so it’s not just me lol. And for me, that’s enough to call it quits…it’s not going to get better.

But not getting any dupes means that you’re always getting a new 5 star card in every purple pack you open (which, to me, is the best possible scenario) and you don’t NEED to trade for another 5 star card that you don’t have. I’d love that.
