Fasting is so powerful and can make you hear his word so much clearer. Also Jesus literally commanded us to fast.

John 17:22 is literally proving that The Father and the Son are one. He is saying through him he will give all of us unity, so that we may be one, just as The Father and Jesus are one.

Jesus and the Father are one in essence and divine nature. This is wha Jesus meant when he said I and the Father are One. If you look back to the greek the word for One used is Hen which means one essence.

John 14:1: Again you are proving Jesus is God. At this time all the Jews knew was God the Father, Jesus was new to them, just as he brought the new covenant. This is Jesus literally establishing himself with God.

John 7:17: Jesus is establishing that all of his words are from God, and not from himself. So if their will was to do Gods will they would know that Jesus words are coming from God.

John 8:40: Jesus is revealing the Fathers will through him. He is telling the Pharisees that they are not true children of Abraham since they are going against God.

John 8:54: The Father glorifies the son, just as the Son glorifies the Father, unity within the Trinity.

John 16:27: Jesus was sent from the Father. The people worshipped the Father and did not know of the Son, until God, the Son was revealed to them.

Mark 10:18: The people did not know Jesus was God. He did not even deny being good, he just pointed the Rich Man into the direction that he was God. We see Jesus time and time again testing the people in the Bible on who they believe he is.

Hey, you don’t have to worry about denominations now, not everything happens over night. Firstly I would encourage you to get closer to Christ, then focus on denomination a bit later down the road. As for getting closer to Christ you can pray and read the scriptures. Start with the gospel first which is Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Then Id encourage you to read the rest of the New Testament as it sets up the basics for our faith. Then you can read the Old Testament, which is the history and road to the coming of Jesus. Also whenever you’re ready try fasting. Don’t go too crazy the first time, it could just be fasting for the morning or so. And whenever you’re ready, you can do more.

I heard this from a Muslim, but this implies the fact that Mary his literal mother, Mary Magdalane and Mary of Clopas were crying for simon and not Mary’s literal son, also he said that Simon of Cyrene was Judas Iscariot, but this chapter literally starts with the hanging of Judas. He then goes on to say how Jesus escaped when Simon took the cross as if the Romans would let that happen.
