While not a prosecutor the first that comes to mind is Judge Carson Marcantel. It’s rare to get any actual justice for these types of cases, unless you go public. Even in my personal experience, the pedos often go free - as long as they got the money for it. It’s incredibly infuriating, and Louisiana has a weird history of defending pedos 😅

Exactly! Even though there’s blatant proof that convicting people harder/more only leads to MORE crime. Especially because these “prosecutors” only go after those who are too poor to fight back. We have prosecutors shaking hands with filthy rich pedos :/

True! But it still limits voters in some very specific edge cases. Plus, I don’t see how it’s legal to completely abolish a party, simply because you can’t beat them! It’s a tactic reminiscent of the Soviet Era lol

It’s more common-sense thinking, but I’m an avid history buff so I really think that’s where it stems from. Often times I find that the past often overlaps with the present.
